We are fanatical about what we do and more importantly how we do it. So by putting some of the freshest courses together and working with some of the leading companies in our field we feel confident we can give you a fantastic grounding in becoming an exceptional trainer.

We have presented at REPs conventions and are the exclusive training company for One Lifestyle who are the largest home based personal training company in the UK.

As a team we have put together some of our profiles so you can see the experience and pedigree we bring, but be under no false illusion as we are on a constant learning programme to satisfy our appetite for knowledge but to also bring you the latest view points.

However we accept that it's not just down to us to have all the answers so we are offering a unique service, which is our consultancy service. Essentially if you have a course idea and need it developing, or have a course but don't know how to market it - we do!! We get approached regularly from exceptional qualified and experienced trainers who want to become a part of this, or want to realise their dreams to present but lack the opportunity, drive or know how.
